LCS Foundation Announces New Board President, Welcomes New Board Members
The LCS Foundation has named Zane Bennett, Vice President, LCS Business Development, as its new board president during the Foundation’s 2026 Annual Meeting. Bennett succeeds Elisa Baptiste, SVP/Chief Operating Officer of LCS Group Purchasing, as she concludes her second two-year term as Board President. Baptiste will remain an active member of the Foundation Board.
“We are deeply grateful to Elisa for her years of dedication to the LCS Foundation,” said Bennett. “Her compassion, leadership, and commitment to our mission have left a lasting mark on the Foundation, and we are better because of her contributions.”
The Board also renewed the terms of two current board members, each of whom will serve as officers on the Board during their three-year term. In addition, two new board members were appointed to the Board of Directors.
Board members reappointed to serve leadership roles include:
- Vice President: Sharon Roth Maguire, SVP/Chief Health & Wellness/Resident Experience Officer, LCS
- Secretary and Treasurer: Ross Kelderman, Vice President/Controller, LCS
- Baylie Panzi, Vice President, Human Resources, LCS
- Heidi Terdal, Director, HCM and UKG Timekeeping & Scheduling, LCS

“Baylie and Heidi each bring a passion for our mission, and we are excited to welcome them to the LCS Foundation board,” said Bennett. “I want to congratulate our new board leadership and thank each of our volunteer board members for their dedication to grow and strengthen the impact of the Foundation.”
