Note: Current LCS employees (with the exception of interns) and dependents of LCS officers are not eligible for consideration.

Narrative: Provide an explanation as to why you are pursuing a degree in the field of senior care and services, including your immediate and long-range professional goals (approximately 300 words).
Letters of recommendation (minimum of two): One from a college/university professor and one from a supervisor or leader who has been involved with the candidate's internship, rotation, or mentor program in senior lifestyle services.
Due date: Applications for 2023 are closed. The next scholarship cycle will open July 1, 2024.
